Belmagistralavtotrans is a multi-logistic operator
that has been working for more than 30 years
in the field of international trucking,
freight forwarding and technical services.
Customs terminal of Belmagistralavtotrans JSC is a specialized complex comprising:
- temporary storage warehouse (parking lot for 183 road-trains and warehouses with the area of 2,775 sq.m.);
- customs warehouse with the area of 450 sq.m.;
- station of axial weighing of transport vehicles;
- customs clearance point of Minsk Regional Customs 06529 "Kolyadichi-Avto";
- cash-and-settlement centre of Minsk branch 3 of Belvnesheconombank OJSC.
We perform the following operations on servicing cargoes delivered by road transport:
Customs clearance
- customs declaration;
- selection of TN VED (trade nomenclature of foreign trade activity) codes;
- calculation and payment of customs fees on behalf of the customer;
- representing the customer at the customs;
- assistance in execution of permits.
Our experts who have many years of experience in customs service guarantee competent approach to solving the customer's problems.
Warehousing
- floor and rack storage of piece and tare packed cargo in different modes (customs warehouse of type A, temporary storage warehouse (including heated one), free warehouse);
- cargo storage in the open area in different modes;
- processing and sorting of cargo, packing batches for further dispatch on domestic and international routes, selection of orders;
- transshipment of the customs site.
Unique local computing system uniting terminal managers, warehouse personnel, declarers and cus-toms officers allow us to carry out computerized accounting of cargo in the most efficient manner.
The warehouses are equipped with the up-to-date loading equipment, roofed platform with adjusted height.
Our security system allows to accept for storage the most precious cargo.

- Weighing of transport vehicles (full weight, axle load);
- Delivery of cargo of any weight to the customer's warehouse or dispatch to any corner of the world upon the customer's request;
- Customs forwarding service - transportation of cargo under customs control on the territory of Bel-arus and Russia without payment of guarantee to customs authorities.
